Re-roofs

Sometimes the job can't be fixed with a simple dab of mastic and a re-roof is in order. We do full system instillations as well as specialty instillations for wood shingle or shake, tile or synthetic material. Each material and home is different and knowing the right system and application is key!

Repairs

We specialize in finding that pesky leak. Sometimes it can be a pinhole from old christmas tree lights or a 2-foot hole from a racoon digging into your roof like this one below!

Finding out that the flashing is missing it's top is only some of the problems that can be discovered and handled during a maintenance check as shown here.

Commercial Buildings

Commercial buildings have unique challenges and figuring out whether you can repair, re-roof or even re-store your (usually) flat roof can help your bottom line. This commercial building had been coated before, but the instillation of antennas caused damage to the roof deck forcing us to give it another coating. This restoration extended the life of the roof for another 15 years (atleast!) and saved the property owner money in the end.
